The files B2WIN32.DLL and B2WIN16.DLL are only needed under
Win9x to access CD-ROM's using real mode (config.sys) drivers.
They should be placed into the same folder where the Basilisk II
executable file is.

Under WinNT and Win2k, these files are not needed.

The dll files are used if:
  - You are running Windows 95 or 98 (and possibly the upcoming Millennium)
  - You have real mode CD drivers installed in your config.sys
  - You have enabled the option "Use Windows 95/98 real mode CD drivers"
    in the GUI CD-ROM page.

In all other cases the files are not needed and they can be deleted.
